Common Questions
How do I reset my password?
On the sign-in screen, tap “Forgot password” and enter your account email. You’ll receive a link to set a new password. If the email doesn’t arrive, check your spam folder or contact us.
How do I manage my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through your app store account. On iOS, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions to view, change, or cancel your plan.
The app is asking for camera, microphone, or photo access — why?
These permissions are only used for in-app features such as capturing photos, recording audio, or uploading images for lessons. You can grant or revoke them at any time in your device settings. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Account & Data Deletion
You can delete your account and associated personal data at any time directly in the app, under your account settings. You may also email us at denise@thecortexdigital.com and we’ll process your request. For full details on how we handle your data, see our Privacy Policy.
